BARE BOTTOMS PAINT AND VARNISH REMOVAL

Our Bare Bottoms service is not only the most efficient and cost-effective in the industry, but is also free of VOC/HAP free and 100% biodegradable. This product can be used on multiple surfaces including aluminum, steel, composite, fiberglass, nylon, concrete, and brick. Bare Bottoms is successful against chemical agent resistant coatings and epoxies.

• Apply Bare Bottoms to boat hull by spray or brush: 6 Man Hours

ML-075 EQUIPMENT CLEANING

Marine Life Solutions uses ML-075, a biodegradable equipment cleaner and solvent, to remove grease, oil, wax, dirt, and other debris found in paint booths and other related areas. Once our service is complete you are left with a clean surface.

LIQUITAC BARRIER COATING

Using LiquiTac, Marine Life Solutions offers a barrier coating service to protect surfaces from dust, sanding debris, dirt, and overspray common to paint shops and other related areas.

We also apply LiquiTac as a paint booth coating, as it can sustain bake-on coating systems multiple times with temperatures up to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

LiquiTac is an air cured product, giving it a four month shelf life once opened, but can remain on surfaces for longer.

GRATE STRIP LIVE PAINT REMOVAL

Grate Strip removes live paint from paint booths, grates, and under structures. It has improved efficiency and reduced labor costs to achieve better results than power washing alone.

We clean with 2500 to 3000 PSI heated pressure washers rather than 30,000 to 40,000 PSI, offering tremendous improvements in safety, manpower, and cost.
